DIY Window Hardware Transfer in Under 2 Minutes

- Pencil (for marking like a seasoned pro)
- Tape measure (so things actually line up)

How to Transfer Casement Window Hardware
Step 1: Carefully remove all hardware from the old sash. Make sure to place the hardware on the new sash in matching locations.
Step 2: Attach the hinge to the new sash. Repeat on the opposite side.
Step 3: Measure placement of each hole from the hardware on the old sash.
Step 4: Transfer measurements to the new sash. Mark where to set each screw. Repeat as needed.
Step 5: Carefully attach the hardware to the new sash at the indicated marks.

Unfortunately we do not sell individual sash parts, only complete sashes.
Thank you for replying as I had submitted a question about possible shipping cost savings on multiple window part kits purchase, just in the past couple of months. But I never received a reply. So I presume that you did sell replacement sash parts until very recently as I had been looking and figuring exactly what I needed to order. Please understand that I’m not accusing you, nor Fenster, of anything at all. But I did delay my order contingent on a reply.
In fact, I had revently ordered and received $500+ in replacement glass for two compromised windows. Is there a possibility that you’d sell me wooden sash parts for at least those two that I’ve already gotten correct glass for? It will be a wasted purchase otherwise.
I was planning to buy as many as 8-10 replacement window kits & several crank mechanisms, but just the two would really help me out.
