PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES

At Fenster, our return policy ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Sashes

Customer Misorders: Orders received and deemed incorrect for any reason including, but not limited to; Mis-measurement, incorrect model or incorrect selected options/specifications are NOT returnable or refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to input order specifications correctly and review the provided order ticket for correctness prior to authorizing order payment.

Factory Misorders: Orders fulfilled incorrectly by the factory based on the customer’s provided and approved specifications will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of management at no cost to the customer.

Shipping Damage: Orders shipped via ground or common carrier are at the discretion of the customer and require a shipping waiver. Fenster will NOT guarantee, refund or replace products due to damage caused by 3rd party vendors. Orders delivered via Fenster truck ARE guaranteed until received at the customer’s location.

Jambliners

Un-cut, stock-size jambliner kits are returnable at the customer’s expense less a 25% re-stocking fee. Jambliners returned damaged or otherwise altered in any way will not be refunded. Alternate jambliner kits can be exchanged at customer’s shipping expense plus added return shipping costs.

Hardware

Stock hardware items are returnable at the customer’s expense less a 25% re-stocking fee. Custom ordered items from Strybuc Industries catalog require a 50% restocking fee.

Millwork/Components

No returns or refunds are permitted on any millwork cut stock, pre-cut frame kits, or individual sash components. The customer is required to ensure proper ordering specifications and quantities.
